• How do I know my ring size?

    You can download a ring sizing app on your smartphone. Just search for ‘ring sizer’. You can then place a ring onto the screen of your phone and it will determine the size. Another option is to go to a local jeweller and ask them to size your finger for you. Otherwise, cut a length of card approximately 1-2cm wide. Wrap it around your finger where you want the ring to fit, and mark the exact spot where it meets. Take a ruler and measure the length in mm. Check and measure 3 times to be sure of an accurate measurement.
    Below is a chart that will give you an indication of what size ring you will need. Pirates Dreaming is responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered, however you are responsible for determining your own ring size.

    Note than an average ring size for her is 6-8 and an average ring size for him is 8-10.

  • Gift Vouchers

    Gift vouchers are available for $25, $50, $80 and $100. Email info@piratesdreaming.com if you require a different amount. 
The gift voucher will be emailed (posted if required) to the recipient.
 The gift voucher will include a unique code that is assigned to the recipient, which they can use to shop online.

For those purchasing with a foreign currency, the amount billed to your credit card or debited from your bank account may differ slightly to the price shown at the checkout due to the currency conversion and any bank fees you may incur. We accept payment by PayPal or credit card. We use a secure online service, so you can be assured of complete safety.

    Damages and Faults

    We take great care in making sure all our products are made to the highest quality and that they are in perfect condition when sent to you. If there happens to be a fault we didn’t find, please contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that jewellery and gemstones are delicate and should be handled carefully. Any breaking from mishandling or general wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered faults.

    If an item arrives to you and is faulty or broken, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will happily replace or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Send us your details and a photo of the damaged piece and we can advise if repairing is possible.
